Best operators for 2023
Back to the listThere are many smart people working at CreditCalle and this year we have again rewarded the best by division. Based on nominations from supervisors and project managers, our expert panel of judges selected the top four for 2023.
Category 1: Outgoing calls – i.e. active sales and active calls , the best operator was Katarína Šáriková, from the operation in Volen. Katka has been working at CreditCalle since January 2014.
Project manager Katarína Prachárová evaluated Katka as follows: “He always does his work conscientiously with excellent results. She has managed to meet her annual plan on the project she is working on. She is also a huge motivator in her work for her colleagues.”
Category 2: The Explorations division has the same winner for the second year in a row. Jozef Balaz defended his title of the best operator of the year from last year. Jožko has been working in the Žilina branch since October 2019.
He really enjoys working on surveys and loves to make phone calls. He is very communicative, always in a good mood and smiling, which you can see in his speech on the phone. He works on surveys with more difficult topics. In our CreditCall team, Jožko is very popular, as they say, in the car – and in the carriage, he likes to talk to everyone.

Category 3: Receivables Management, i.e. the Receivables Management Division. Nikola Harnádeková was awarded the Best Operator of the Year 2023. Nikolka has been working at CreditCalle for a relatively short time, since February 2023. She had no call centre work experience prior to joining us. She is working on a project where she needs to use the German language.
As Nicole herself says: “I really didn’t expect the award and it means a lot to me. Firstly, because as a single mum I have been reassured that if you want to, you can still achieve something instead of making excuses. Secondly, I still doubt myself a bit if I am doing things well and right enough, if I am trying hard enough in all aspects of my life and even at work (it’s in my nature). This has made me very happy that even if I don’t see my own results, others can appreciate them. I am really glad that I work at CreditCall and I was given this opportunity, even though it is not always easy, but I don’t think I could have gotten a better job opportunity at that time and even now. Of course I continue to do my best to do my job honestly and to the best of my ability, both as an operator and currently as a senior agent. Thank you again for the award and for CreditCall noticing the efforts of their people :)”.
Category 4: Incoming calls from the Customer Service Division. In Zvolen, our colleague Karin was named the best customer service operator.
