We collect data solid enough to decide on - by phone, representatively and with every call checked. Not a guess, but what your customers actually think.
Your customers will tell you. If somebody asks.
Research is a discipline of its own here. We are not a research agency - we are the people who actually collect the data, and we do it so the numbers hold up.
Market research is the business of establishing what people really think - their opinions, attitudes, behaviour, knowledge and satisfaction.
It lets you discover a target market or get customers' views on your product or service. The purpose is simple: to support the decisions that matter.
Fieldwork - calls with respondents, recording answers, quality control. That is our job.
The whole discipline, methodology design and analysis included. Data collection is one part of it.
Public opinion polling is one form of social research - its aim is to establish the views of a defined group. It should be done regularly, ideally some time after you change something. Only then do you find out whether the change delivered what you expected.
When a research agency needs information, it comes to us with a brief and we deliver it as fieldwork - often in the agency's own name. But we do not only work for agencies; companies with their own analysts hire us just as regularly. Our job is to collect the data properly - interpretation is then for whoever knows the context best.
Research is not our only discipline - and that is an advantage. We also run customer lines, phone sales and collections. So we know what dissatisfaction sounds like on a real call, and we can set the answers in the context of the whole customer lifecycle.
Each works on its own, or we combine them - depending on whether you need a one-off answer or regular measurement.
Fast, accurate and affordable. The CATI method reaches the whole population, including groups an online questionnaire never gets to - which is why it tends to be the most accurate.
Compare the methods →Measures customer satisfaction and predicts business growth. Respondents divide into promoters, passives and detractors. Worth measuring regularly, not once.
How we solve it →Our extended version of NPS. Besides the recommendation question we capture why the customer gave that score - and that is the part you can actually work with.
Get a quote →Each has its place. The wrong choice, though, means wrong results - and decisions built on them.
The interviewer asks the questions by phone and records answers in the system. Fast, representative and with strong quality control - the call, the entry and the way the interview was conducted can all be checked. The drawback: you cannot ask about how a product looks.
Our methodthe most accurate form of quantitative researchThe respondent completes the questionnaire themselves. The cheapest method, and you can ask about images and sound. The drawback is fundamental: respondents are not representative, validity and identity are hard to verify - and with panels there is a risk of professional respondents.
Carefullowest price, lowest representativenessThe interviewer meets the respondent in person and fills in the questionnaire on a tablet. You can ask about anything, visuals included, and demonstrate the product. The drawback: geographically demanding, it needs a large interviewer network and costs the most.

A score of eight out of ten tells you nothing.
The sentence that follows “and why?” changes the whole brief.
We call individuals. We establish personal opinions, attitudes and knowledge.
We call companies. The respondent answers for the firm, authority or institution - and we can target a specific role depending on the topic.
Respondents are approached at random - we dial a system-generated number and do not know who will pick up.
We call a database you supply. The respondent already has a relationship with you - an individual or a company.
Research is a delicate business - it needs precise planning, solid fieldwork and correct analysis. Not one step can be skipped.
The script is verified on a small sample first. A question that reads logically on paper can confuse people on a call - and skewed answers cannot be fixed afterwards. Only after the test do we settle the wording and start fieldwork in full.
When choosing a method, price often wins over suitability. But pick the wrong form or the wrong target group and the results may simply be wrong - and so is any decision built on them.
Trying to save a few hundred euros, the damage from a bad decision runs into thousands or tens of thousands. Good research should be a basic tool of decision-making - and both the form and the target group decide how good it is.
There is no single price for a study. The biggest factor is how many people you want to reach - the number of respondents drives the volume of data to collect and process. More data means a more expensive study, but a significantly more accurate result. We prepare an exact quote free of charge.
“Quality, flexibility and technological innovation put CreditCall among the very best in telemarketing. We are glad to work with them.”
Spreading across five cities lets us run round the clock and keep backup capacity for the unexpected.
Market research is the business of establishing and examining opinions, attitudes, behaviour, knowledge, effectiveness or satisfaction. It lets you discover a target market or get customers’ views on a product or service. We are the part that actually collects the data – in the role of data collector.
Our speciality is high-quality data collection. We deliver briefs for research agencies, often in their name, but companies with their own analysts hire us just as regularly. If you need full analysis and interpretation, we will go through with you what we can cover and what is work for a research agency.
Telephone research (CATI) reaches the whole population including groups an online questionnaire never gets to, which is why it is usually the most accurate. It also gives you high quality control – calls are recorded and answers can be verified. An online questionnaire is the cheapest option, but respondents are not representative and it is hard to verify who actually answered.
There is no single price – the biggest factor is how many people you want to reach, because the volume of data to collect grows with the number of respondents. More data means a more expensive study, but also a significantly more accurate result. We prepare an exact quote free of charge.
B2C research (calling individuals), B2B research (calling companies, where the respondent answers for the firm), public polls with randomly generated numbers, and customer research on a database you supply. In B2B we can target a specific role depending on the topic – HR manager, director or the responsible person.
NPS measures customer satisfaction and predicts business growth, dividing respondents into promoters, passives and detractors. It is worth it when measured regularly so you can watch the trend – a one-off figure with nothing to compare says nothing. For a fuller picture it helps to add further metrics across the whole customer relationship.
Quality Calls is our extended version of NPS. Besides the basic question about recommending the brand we capture further detail – why the customer gave that score, what specifically was missing and what they would change. That additional part is what turns a number into something you can act on.
You see interim data during fieldwork, not only at the end. A standard study starts two to four weeks after signature – in that time we define the objective, prepare topics and questions, programme the questionnaire and train the interviewers.
Leave us your details - we will go through your goals and put together a tailored proposal. Free, without commitment and without a salesperson chasing you.
Market research - data you can act on, not just a number.
