CreditCall won the Czech Contact Center Award: rewarded for their philanthropy
Back to the listCreditCall took 1st place in the Czech Contact Center Award in the Clients category. It won with its War Refugee Helpline project, which has been in operation since February 2022 and has handled more than 60,000 calls and 100,000 text messages in that time.
Since 2014, the competition has been organised by ADMEZ to showcase the work in call centres and compare the quality of their projects.
Helpline was launched as a volunteer campaign after the outbreak of war in Ukraine. For war refugees, it fulfils several functions. In cooperation with the United Nations, specifically the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, it serves to disburse material hardship benefits to refugees; it is also tasked with providing accommodation, transport and material assistance to refugees.
The award in the Czech Contact Center Award competition is just a confirmation of how important this project is for society and for people fleeing war. The aim of the competition is not only to learn more about the call centres themselves and their work, but also to compare the interest, implementation and quality of the projects entered. Projects are submitted in the areas of active and passive communication, technological areas or methods of education and training of operators used in call centres, as well as new technologies such as various chat rooms, voicebots and social networks.
