Evaluation of the year 2023

WE ENTERED THE NEW YEAR WITH JOY AND DETERMINATION!

The past year has been full of significant moments for us. The Zvolen branch celebrated its tenth birthday, we won 1st place in the Czech Contact Center Award for the project Helpline for war refugees from Ukraine and we opened a new branch in Snina.

All of this is the result of hard work and dedication of our team to always achieve more. Our achievements are confirmed by the numbers we managed to reach last year:

We ran a total of 514 campaigns, 21% more than the previous year in 2022.

We helped our clients with debt recovery, and collected a staggering €14,547,199, which is 35% more than the previous year.

In total, we made more than 1.3 million calls, with more than 3.6 million minutes dialed, which means we spent more time in touch with you this year than ever before.

Thanks to the quality work of our employees, we were ranked first in the Czech Contact Center Award competition. We won in the Clients category with the project of the War Refugee Helpline, which has been operating since the outbreak of the war in February 2022. The Helpline has successfully handled more than 100,000 calls since its launch, and the operators have successfully helped refugees with financial assistance, discrimination, bullying and legal aid.

In July, we opened a new branch in Snina and welcomed 13 new employees to the CreditCall family. By expanding our operations we are responding to the increased demand for the services we offer to clients such as Slovenská sporiteľňa, Orange, Packeta or Východoslovenská energetika. We have thus gained smart and hard-working people, which makes us very happy and we believe that they will bring their experience, tenacity and new wind to our projects.

The year 2023 was another successful chapter for CreditCall, and for that we owe a big thank you to every employee, client, caller, and to you who pick up the phones and help us do our job with dedication and enthusiasm.
